日本政府が関わる紛争（戦闘を含む）があった場合、日本国民全員はすべての職務をボイコットする理由ができるわけだ。
（理由）
１）血税が日本国民の許可なく有事に使われた。
２）現行政権が国民を紛争に巻き込んだ。
３）身の安全のために各地に疎開するため。
と、このような理由から日本国民全員はベーシックインカム導入を政府に訴えることができるのだ。
軍産企業は戦争（政府の発注）で大儲けするわけであるから、国民にも利益分配は可能であり、その国民配当金たるベーシックインカムは当然配当されるべきである。
日本国民よ、休み、美味しいものを食べ、楽しみ、よく寝て、身体の細胞が蘇ってきたら、自ら立ち上がり自分や他人をよく助けのんびりと人生設計を楽しんでほしい。
